Walk-In
Service
Six days a week from 10am-7pm we offer 8 inch round whole cakes in 18 different flavors available for pickup. They are also available by the slice.
Our standard size cake in the showcase is an 8inch round cake that can serve between 8-16 guests. We offer custom sizes for any smaller or larger cakes, but those orders need to be placed in advance.
The whole cakes in our showcase serve from 8 guests up to 16 depending on how you slice the cake.
Almost all of our cakes are available by the slice. Each slice is individually wrapped to make them easier to handle.
We offer only one selection of a personal sized 4inch birthday cake that serves 2 guests. It is a marble swirl cake with chocolate custard cream filling.
We recommend that you preorder the cake of your choice if you know exactly which cake you want. We offer a large selection of cakes and we try to stay stocked up at all times, but sometimes we run out of our most popular flavors so a preorder will ensure that we have the cake flavor that you want. If you’re not sure which flavor you want, you can always walk right in and we usually have at least 15 different flavors available.
We require a non refundable 25% deposit for all cake orders. You can pay this deposit in person with cash or over the phone with a credit card.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and ApplePay. We do not accept older versions of $100 bills.

We can write a message on any of the cakes free of charge. It takes only 30 seconds to do this and can be requested at the time of ordering.
We have a few tables outside, but no indoor seating at this time. We offer counter service but not tableside service.
We have a full espresso bar with a wide selection of espresso based drinks. We use fresh roasted beans delivered direct from Klatch coffee.
Dietary
Information
We only have a few select pastry items which are naturally gluten free. These are the creme brûlée, coconut macaroons, French macarons, rainbow rice crispy treats, and chocolate covered strawberries.
We do not at this time.
While we do offer many products that do not contain nuts, all baking and prep work is done on-site and since we are a scratch bakery, we are unable to guarantee a completely 100% nut free environment without cross-contamination.
We do not offer one at this time.
We make all of our products in house and baked fresh daily. Most all of our products are made from scratch with wholesome ingredients and free from any preservatives.

We request that you make an appointment to sit down with our cake consultants to create a custom cake for your event. Appointments are offered Tues-Sun from 11am-6pm.

With an advance appointment, we offer free tastings for any custom cake with a value over $250. The tasting includes your choice of up to 3 flavors of cake. A deposit must be paid on the cake for the tasting to be free.
We offer over 10 different cake flavors with more than 15 different choices for filling and 10 different icings resulting hundreds of different flavor combinations!
We have a full menu of bite-sized items perfect for catering parties of 25 guests or more.
Yes, we can customize most desserts to be assorted colors, shapes, or sizes to match any theme. Schedule an appointment for a consultation to discuss the details and prices.
Plan to spend at least 30 minutes with a cake consultant. Be prepared to discuss details of the event such as cake destination, number of servings needed and overall theme such as colors, design patterns, or textures. Provide pictures for inspiration. We need visual input to create a customized output. The more the better.
If you decide not to move forward in booking your custom cake, you would pay for the slices of cakes that you had during the tasting (range from $5-$6 per slice). If you decide to proceed at a later time, you can bring back your receipt for a credit of up to 3 slices towards your custom cake price.
Each custom cake we make is a work of art and requires talent and time to create. The cost depends on the number of servings, the structure, materials needed and amount of time needed to create your cake. Basically, every custom cake is different and we are unable to give you an accurate quote until we create the design.
Prices start as low as $2.50 per serving and can go up to more than $15 per serving.
Sometimes the details on small cakes can take just as long to make as large cakes, so if the cake is small, the price per serving is significantly higher than a similar cake of a larger size.
We request a 2-3 week advance notice for most custom cakes to give us ample time to plan for production.
It is possible for us to make a custom cake in as little as 24 hours if you have a last minute emergency need. However, this is only for extreme cases and there are many limitations. Also expect to pay a premium for this service.
We offer personal delivery services for all custom cakes valued over $250 within a 30-mile radius of Montclair, Ca. Delivery times are offered on a first come, first serve basis for preferred arrival time. Delivery for standard cakes and pastries are offered locally through DoorDash and UberEats.
Delivery cost is 10% of the cost of the cake within a 10-mile radius. Any deliveries outside of a 10-mile radius are charged extra per mile.
We do not ship or mail our cakes at this time.
If you postpone your event and you give us at least seven days advance notice, you can postpone your cake to a future date with no charge. No changes can be made to the cake for the price to remain the same. If changes are made, the price may change as well.
Can I make changes to my order after I pay the deposit?
Changes can be made to your order up to seven days prior to your event date without incurring a fee, unless expenses have already been incurred on behalf of the finished product. If changes need be made within seven days of the event date, it is up to the discretion of the Manager to determine what costs, if any, will be incurred for the changes to be made.
25% Cancellation Fee applicable for ALL cancellations, regardless of advance notice.
Any changes to an order must be made no later than seven days (7) prior to pickup/delivery date. If an order is canceled within 7 days of the event date, 100% of the total cake cost is non-refundable, plus any and all expenses already incurred in behalf of the finished product. Note: Notification of cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the delivery date; after which 100% of total monies is forfeit and cannot be used toward any future cake purchases.
